James is the long awaited companion of Dr Rydel's family. He was the clown of the litter, always happy, and from the photos it certainly looks as though now he's the clown of his new family. It's clear that he's still as happy as he was during his puppyhood.
James sired two litters. Unfortunately there was only one puppy in the first one and it didn't survive, but in the second litter there were ten puppies and of those we have met we especially like Afrodite.

After several show successes and good results of health tests (PRA free, free from any heart disease, DNA-personalized) he sired a litter of 13 puppies at the Doscartha kennel, his most successful daughter being Doscartha Afrodite.

Etar was the much loved, only dog in the household of Ing Klimaszevky and his family, so he had all the love and attention he could want. He died of bloat at the age of five, but we are happy that he had such a good life.

Because of import restrictions to the British Isles, McKenna stayed in the Czech Republic until April 2006 when she moved to the Channel Islands to meet her new family and their wolfhounds. Even as a mature adult, she is still a wild child and her hunting adventures are quite often breath-taking. We are very grateful to Anne and Paul, not only for the great life McKenna has with them, but specially for the fact they haven't sent her back to us (yet! :-) )and still love her a lot.
BLOODY MARY Really Irish
~ Mary ~
Sex: female
Colour: brindle, white mark
Owner: Linda Jenik, Wien, Austria + "Really Irish" kennel
Successes: Junior BOB, PRM, res. CAC, res. CACA, Excellent 4. at EIWC show in 2006, Best Bitch at Tullamore Cup 2008 under Gary Jansens (Kilmara), achieved coursing licence.
Mary was a very special girl and much loved by owner Linda. When I read the wolfhound characteristic: "A lamb at home, a lion in the chase", I always think about Mary. She was such a gentle and easy going girl at home, but she showed a great power, strength and hunting instinct, when chasing.
No "thank you" is enough to express how very grateful we are that Linda allowed us to choose a stud for Mary and register Mary's offspring as the "D" litter under the Really Irish prefix.
Mary died after a very short illness - very aggressive bone cancer. We are very grateful to Linda for the great life Mary had with her.
